Nopparat Lalitkomon and Thammapas Chanpanich to Give Conference Presentation on PDPA Implementation

On June 23–24, 2022, two attorneys from Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group—senior associate Nopparat Lalitkomon and associate Thammapas Chanpanich—will attend the HOOK Conference 2022 to lead a session on implementation of and compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), which came into effect on June 1, 2022.

The HOOK Conference 2022 is a Southeast Asian-centric conference on performance marketing, featuring over 25 curated sessions presented by high-profile speakers and attendees from leading companies and organizations across the region. The conference will be held at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.

The event will address a wide range of topics, such as industry and technical updates, channels and platforms, data-driven decision-making, marketing considerations in ASEAN, and the role of influencers.
