Nititra (Sara) Tienrakvicha Set to Present on Employee Engagement at Accelerate HR

On November 26, 2019, Nititra (Sara) Tienrakvicha, Director of Human Resources at Tilleke & Gibbins, will be a featured presenter on the first day of the inaugural Accelerate HR conference, an event hosted by Human Resources Online strictly dedicated to benefiting HR professionals.

Her presentation, entitled “The art of engagement: Exploring effective leadership strategies to enhance the productivity of a blended workforce,” will give attendees unique insights on how to effectively brainstorm and implement customized engagement strategies for various demographics within a company. To supplement these innovative strategies, she will also provide real-life examples of customized engagement approaches in practice, including multiple methods she has implemented across Tilleke & Gibbins’ offices in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.

This two-day conference will be held at the Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 26 and 27, 2019, from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In addition to Sara, the conference features many of the region’s most prominent HR professionals from some of the largest and most successful companies in Thailand and beyond. As part of this year’s event, Kobkit Thienpreecha, an attorney-at-law in the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial team, led the session on “Employing Foreign Workers.” Kobkit provided insight into visa requirements for staying in Thailand, work permit requirements for non-Thai employees, options for extending an employee’s stay in Thailand, and violations and penalties.
