On June 1, the fees to register a company and other related corporate documents will be revised in Myanmar. If you already have a registered company, or you are contemplating establishing one, you should be fully aware of the revised registration fees.
The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, which is in charge of company registration for local and foreign companies, has announced that the revised fees are designed to help business operators address key registration procedures that they deal with on a regular basis by lowering certain fees. This will also encourage companies to invest in Myanmar.
According to the announcement, the revised fees are as follows:
