On June 1, the fees to register a company and other related corporate documents will be revised in Myanmar. If you already have a registered company, or you are contemplating establishing one, you should be fully aware of the revised registration fees.
The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, which is in charge of company registration for local and foreign companies, has announced that the revised fees are designed to help business operators address key registration procedures that they deal with on a regular basis by lowering certain fees. This will also encourage companies to invest in Myanmar.
According to the announcement, the revised fees are as follows:

|Form VI, Form XXVI, Form E, Change of Address, Share Transfer, and True Copy Issuance of Documents
|True Copy Issuance of Company Registration Card
|Addition of Company Objectives, Change of Company Name, and Increase of Authorized Capital
|Amendment of Memorandum of Association and Amendment of Articles of Association
