Museum of Counterfeit Goods Featured in Wheel Go Program

Eight representatives from the Wheel Go program paid a recent visit to the Tilleke & Gibbins Museum of Counterfeit Goods to feature the museum on their program. Broadcasted every Thursday at 2:20 p.m. on Channel 5, the program aims to endorse traveling for people with disabilities.

This program will feature Khun Yuwadee Thean-ngarm, an attorney-at-law in the Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property group. Khun Yuwadee will describe the history and the purpose of the museum while going through the wide range of goods on display. She will also talk about the counterfeiting problems that Thailand faces.

Suebsiri also delved into the history and origin of the museum.

Tilleke & Gibbins’ Museum of Counterfeit Goods was recently featured in a short documentary produced by the Bangkok Post  newspaper. The documentary, which delves into the harmful effects of fake goods, showcases the museum’s stock of counterfeit products and interviews Suebsiri Taweepon, an attorney-at-law in the Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property group.Suebsiri was interviewed about the different types of intellectual property, the effect of counterfeit goods on companies, and the fake products housed in the museum.
