The Tilleke & Gibbins media law practice in Thailand has received a “Tier 1” ranking from Media Law International. The ranking reflects the scope of work recently undertaken by Tilleke & Gibbins in this area of law, and it stands as confirmation of the outstanding capabilities possessed by our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) group, which incorporates our media law practice.
Jeffrey J. Blatt, Of Counsel in the firm’s TMT team, was extensively cited in the ranking’s editorial for his views on the online market in Thailand. “With people having more access to the internet now and more consumers with mobile phones, more hours per capital are consumed in Thailand than anywhere in the world, second to the U.S.,” he said.
