MIP Global Awards 2016: Tilleke & Gibbins Nominated as IP Firm of the Year in Thailand and Vietnam

Renowned industry publication Managing Intellectual Property  has nominated Tilleke & Gibbins to win “IP Firm of the Year” awards in both Thailand and Vietnam. Based on client feedback and extensive market research, the awards recognize the top intellectual property practices in the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. In 2015, Managing IP  named Tilleke & Gibbins “Firm of the Year” in Asia and Vietnam

On August 29, Thomas J. Treutler, partner and managing director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Vietnam offices, will speak at a workshop on patent protection, licensing, and enforcement in Ho Chi Minh City organized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the American Chamber of Commerce. The workshop is designed to raise public awareness of patents in Vietnam. Thomas will be speaking on “Patent Infringement – Civil Litigation, Trial and Remedies.”
