Michael K. Lee, partner and head of the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate/commercial group in Vietnam, will present on “How to Hire and Fire (Legally) in Vietnam” at a EuroCham business luncheon on April 26 at the Sofitel Plaza in Hanoi. His presentation will run through topics such as employment contracts, permissible disciplinary actions, and how to terminate employees without running afoul of Vietnam’s employee-friendly labor laws.

Michael has previously spoken on this topic at well-attended events in Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore held earlier this year.
