Loc Xuan Le to Speak at Next Generation Legal Conference

Vietnam Business Lawyers Club

On December 14, at the Rex Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, partner Loc Xuan Le will speak at Next Generation Legal, a full-day pro bono training and networking event presented by the Vietnam Business Lawyers Club and supported by Tilleke & Gibbins, Novartis, and Baker McKenzie.

The event is open to all law professionals in Vietnam and is free to attend. Speakers will include private-practice lawyers, in-house counsel, and business leaders from Vietnam and abroad. Among the topics to be covered are “Developing a Successful Legal Career,” “Doing Business in Vietnam,” and “Going Big on Digital & Data.” Loc will speak in the section on intellectual property, where he will share his experience on enforcement of IP rights in the pharmaceutical industry and will join a roundtable discussion on fostering innovation through IP.

Loc heads the IP enforcement efforts and is a principal of TGVN, Tilleke’s associate firm for local IP filings in Vietnam.
