Benchmark Litigation has announced the winners of the Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific Awards 2023, and Tilleke & Gibbins was recognized with an Impact Case of the Year award for the firm’s successful representation of Alibaba in a dispute related to intellectual property infringement allegations. The case, which was led by the firm’s intellectual property litigation team, involved defending Alibaba against claims regarding the liability of e-commerce platforms for indirect intellectual property infringement.
