Lawyers Named Among Top 250 Life Sciences Patent Litigators Worldwide

Three members of the Tilleke & Gibbins IP team have been named to the IAM Life Sciences 250, a listing of the top 250 life sciences patent litigators worldwide. Published by the editors of Intellectual Asset Management magazine, these rankings were based on comprehensive research in over
20 key jurisdictions.

The IP team members who received recognition for their expertise were Srila Thongklang, Partner and Chief IP Litigator; Alan Adcock, Partner and Deputy Director; and James Evans, Consultant. Srila won praise for his “solid history of IP litigation,” while Alan was described as a “key point of contact for foreign clients.” A recent addition to the Tilleke & Gibbins IP team, James is a seven-year UK-qualified lawyer with substantial experience in all types of IP litigation and in patent and trademark portfolio management.

Her presentation will provide attendees with an overview of the suite of new IP laws that were enacted in Myanmar earlier this year, namely the Trademark Law, the Copyright Law, the Patent Law, and the Industrial Design Law.
