Kittiphan Khattiwiriyaphinyo Wins ILO Client Choice Award for Trademarks

International Law Office

Kittiphan Khattiwiriyaphinyo, an attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department, has won the International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice Award 2016 in the category of Intellectual Property: Trademarks. The award, based strictly on nominations and assessments from corporate counsel, recognizes excellence in client care and quality of legal service, focusing on how practitioners add real value to their clients’ businesses. The results of the awards were announced at a gala dinner in London on February 10.

As a skilled practitioner in domestic and international trademark prosecution, including searching, registering, licensing, and enforcing trademarks, Kittiphan manages the trademark portfolios of leading multinational companies in a wide range of industries. Kittiphan was the only attorney in Thailand to win an award in this category, and one of only seven individuals across Asia whose expertise in trademarks was singled out.
