Kasamesunt Teerasitsathaporn to Lead Webinar on Customs Procedures in Thailand

On July 9, 2020, Kasamesunt Teerasitsathaporn, partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution department and co-head of the firm’s international trade and customs practice, will lead a webinar to discuss customs procedures in Thailand. Specifically, Kasamesunt will provide an overview of the benefits available to importers in Thailand under the Customs Department’s one-stop service program, and discuss liability for importers who intentionally or unintentionally make false declarations on customs value or tariffs. Immediately following the presentation, Kasamesunt will respond to lingering questions from attendees through a brief Q&A session.
