John Frangos Speaks as Instructor Airfinance Journal Asia Pacific School 2019

On October 30, 2019, John Frangos, partner and deputy director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, will speak as an instructor at the Airfinance Journal Asia Pacific School 2019. Held on day three of the annual program, John’s session will take an in-depth look at dispute resolution in aviation financing, informing attendees about documenting dispute resolution procedures, choosing governing law for contracts, enforcing securities, and dispute resolution mechanisms in practice, all highlighted with real-life case studies.

Airfinance Journal Asia Pacific School is a three-day aviation finance training event designed for both new and seasoned professionals involved with the financing and leasing of aircraft. This year, the event will take place at the Conrad Hong Kong from October 28 to October 30. Throughout the program, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from John and 22 other senior industry professionals about a wide spectrum of aviation financing and leasing practices.
