John Frangos to Discuss Corporate Compliance Programs at ILO Roundtable in Hong Kong

John Frangos, consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution and litigation group, will participate in a discussion on “Practical Tips for Employing a Global Compliance Program in Local Markets” at a roundtable hosted by the International Law Office (ILO) on March 17. John will review subjects such as handling cross-border investigations and tailoring global compliance programs for local jurisdictions in Southeast Asia.

The discussion will take place ahead of ILO’s signature Asia-Pacific Counsel Awards, which will be held later that evening. The awards, which are supported by the Association of Corporate Counsel, will honor the top in-house counsel—both teams and individuals—across the Asia-Pacific region.
