Jay Cohen to Speak at FinTech Event Highlighting Opportunities between Singapore and Cambodia

Jay Cohen, a partner and director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Cambodia practice, will be speaking at an event on August 15, entitled “Building Global FinTech Connections: Singapore with Phnom Penh.”

The event is co-hosted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Cambodia Fintech Association, and will provide attendees with insight on how the public and private sectors are working together to develop pan-ASEAN FinTech opportunities between Singapore and Cambodia. As part of this initiative, Jay will be moderating a panel discussion, between three leading figures from the Cambodian FinTech industry, on the status of the Fintech industry in Cambodia. He will be joined by HE Puthyvuth Sok, Chairman of Cambodia’s ICT Federation; Jojo Malolos, CEO of Cambodian MFS provider, Wing; and Sophorth Khuon, CEO of Cambodian core banking systems developer, Morakot Technology.
