International Financial Law Review

The IFLR 1000 2015  rankings of the world’s leading financial and corporate lawyers have been released. Two Tilleke & Gibbins lawyers were recognized as being leaders in their fields: Piyanuj (Lui) Ratprasatporn, partner and director of the corporate and commercial department in Thailand, was named a “Leading Lawyer” in Mergers and Acquisitions and Michael K. The rankings are based on three key criteria, as follows:

  • Peer feedback: Partners and practitioners active in financial and corporate work provided feedback on leading lawyers through online surveys, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews
  • Client feedback: Corporate and in-house contacts gave their opinions on the lawyers they use, making their assessments with factors such as technical ability, accessibility and communication, depth of team, value for money, client/lawyer relationship, and international network
