Within the financial services industry, insurance and reinsurance businesses stand out as extraordinarily multifaceted and challenging. This is because they are faced with a wide array of issues that arise from customers and extend all the way to regulators and capital providers.

To address these issues as they affect Thailand, Aaron Le Marquer, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution department who has broad expertise in insurance and reinsurance matters, and Noppramart Thammateeradaycho, an attorney-at-law in our dispute resolution group, have coauthored the Thailand chapter of Getting the Deal Through – Insurance & Reinsurance 2013.
