On April 27, 2011, Kobkit Thienpreecha, an attorney-at-law in the firm’s corporate services group, gave a presentation on “Immigration Act and Foreign Business Act” at the Dusit Thani Hotel, Bangkok. This talk was part of a day-long seminar, approved by the Department of Business Development, focusing on Thai Labor Laws & Regulations for Expatriate Employees.

On March 24, 2011, in Ho Chi Minh City’s Legend Hotel Saigon, our Michael K. Lee, Department Head – Corporate/Commercial, presented on “Obligations Under Labor Law in Case of Mergers, Acquisitions and Reorganizations.”  The presentation, which was part of the seminar, Practical Labor Law Issues and Problem Solving for Enterprises in Vietnam, covered:
