The latest issue of Asia IP  features an article on Darani Vachanavuttivong, co-managing partner of Tilleke & Gibbins and managing director of the firm’s intellectual property practice. The piece, which is part of a cover story on women in the field of intellectual property in Asia, follows Darani’s experience and development as an intellectual property lawyer. It also includes her comments on the work as well as her advice for young female lawyers considering a career in intellectual property.

On April 9, 2020, Chusert Supasitthumrong, partner and head of the firm’s contentious employment practice, will present a webinar co-hosted by Tilleke & Gibbins and the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA). The webinar, entitled “Options for Employers during the COVID-19 Outbreak,” will address legally compliant actions that employers in Thailand can take to help alleviate business disruption and navigate complicated HR decisions that may arise as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On April 2, Chusert Supasitthumrong, a partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department, will lead a webinar for members of the Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) to discuss various options employers in Thailand have for dealing with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
