On November 5, 2020, John Frangos and Thawat Damsa-ard, partners in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution and insolvency practices in Thailand, will team up with two key practitioners from Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore to discuss legal challenges for companies navigating insolvency risks stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.

On November 19, 2020, Tiziana Sucharitkul, co-managing partner at Tilleke & Gibbins and director of the firm’s regional disputes resolution practice, will join a panel of managing partners from leading law firms around the world for a special roundtable seminar at the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference. Originally due to be held in Miami, the 2020 conference has moved online this year under the theme “Virtually Together,” in light of the ongoing global health crisis.  

On November 19, Dr. Vinh Quoc Nguyen, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Ho Chi Minh City office and an arbitrator for the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), will speak on disputes in M&A transactions at a seminar organized by VIAC in collaboration with the European Chamber of Commerce.
