Dino Santaniello to Speak on IP at EuroCham Laos and SEA IPR SME Helpdesk Webinar

Dino Santaniello, head of Tilleke & Gibbins’ office in Vientiane and external intellectual property expert in Laos for the European Union Southeast Asia Intellectual Property Rights SME Helpdesk (EU SEA IPR SME Helpdesk), has been invited to speak at an upcoming webinar entitled “Intellectual Property in Laos – Focus on Trademarks and Trademark Enforcement.” During the online session, cohosted by the EU SEA IPR SME Helpdesk and the European Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Laos (EuroCham Laos), Dino will provide attendees with an overview of intellectual property law in Laos, explain the process for trademark registration, and discuss trademark enforcement rights and efficacy in the country. His presentation will include actual case studies from his practice in the jurisdiction, which will highlight practical solutions for brand owners in Laos.
