Developing International Arbitration in Thailand: Lessons from the UK and Singapore

John Frangos, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, will moderate a panel discussion on “Developing International Arbitration in Thailand: Lessons from the United Kingdom and Singapore,” at a seminar hosted by the Thailand Arbitration Center. The panel discussion will cover arbitration in the United Kingdom and Singapore, and how various aspects of both systems could help develop arbitration in Thailand.

The seminar will take place at the Thailand Arbitration Center’s office in Bangkok on August 9 from 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session. If you would like to learn more about this event, please visit the THAC website.
