David Lawrence to Speak as a Panelist on Family Law at LAWASIA Conference

David Lawrence, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, will serve as a panelist at the 27th LAWASIA Conference to discuss the topic “Getting to ‘Maybe’ in International Family Disputes.” David will discuss the different forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) available in family disputes, the type of ADR to select when faced with certain types of disputes, the finality of settlement agreements, the recognition of settlement agreements, and cross-border enforcement.

LAWASIA is an international association of legal professionals that aims to foster relations between lawyers, businesses, and government representatives in the Asia-Pacific region. The conference will take place from October 3 to 6 in Bangkok, Thailand.
