David Duncan to Participate in ACC Webcast on the ASEAN Economic Community

Sponsored by Lex Mundi, the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) International Legal Affairs Committee will be hosting an online webcast that will see three distinguished speakers discuss “The ASEAN Economic Community in 2015.” In addition to providing an overview of what corporate counsel need to know in making preparations for the ASEAN Economic Community’s arrival, the topic will delve into how the integration of trade and services can offer important advantages and synergies for corporations with clear regional strategies.

David Duncan, a consultant in the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial group, will join a partner from Rajah & Tann LLP and the regional general counsel of John Deere to discuss these subjects.
