Cynthia M. Pornavalai, a partner in the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial group, will be speaking at a conference dubbed “Successful Commercial Contracts: Best Practices.” The two-day event will focus on discovering best practices and essential insights into effectively drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
