Commercial Transactions and M&A Practice Ranked in Band 1 in Thailand

On February 25, 2011, Chambers Asia-Pacific ranked the firm’s Corporate/M&A (Mid-Market) practice in Band 1 in Thailand. Chambers ranks law firms and individual lawyers in bands from 1-6, with 1 being the best. 

Chambers writes, “This practice’s expertise in Thai law is much valued by foreign clients seeking to establish a presence in the country. It handles a broad assortment of concerns, including due diligence, registration and applying for operating licences.” The leading guide also reports that Tilleke & Gibbins is “[h]ugely well established with a real feel for the market.”
