Clemence Gautier to Speak at Anti-Bribery Conference in Washington

TRACE International

On April 23-24, Clemence Gautier, consultant in the Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property and regulatory affairs groups, will be participating in the Global Anti-bribery In-house Network (GAIN) conference, hosted by TRACE International. The two-day event will cover a broad range of anti-bribery and corruption topics, such as tools for enforcement and targeting, government initiatives, challenges in emerging markets and conflict zones, cross-border investigations, and practical steps for compliance.

Speaking as part of the “Global Anti-Corruption Initiatives” segment of the conference, Clemence will be providing an overview of anti-corruption law in Thailand. In particular, she will focus on the new National Anti-Corruption Commission regulation that all private sector entities entering into procurement contracts with government agencies must fulfill certain reporting requirements.

Tilleke & Gibbins is a partner law firm of TRACE International, a nonprofit membership association that pools resources to provide practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance solutions for multinational corporations and their commercial intermediaries. Held in Washington, DC, this will mark the first GAIN conference hosted by TRACE International.
