Chambers Asia-Pacific 2012, an annual guide assessing lawyers and law firms, has ranked the Tilleke & Gibbins Shipping team as a Tier 1 practice in Thailand. The ranking, which was a result of research and opinions from clients and private practice attorneys, praised the firm’s “thriving shipping practice that spans the entire Southeast Asia region.” The editorial noted that Tilleke & Gibbins’ “clients benefit from the team’s wide-ranging expertise, which covers aviation and maritime matters, as well as customs and insurance issues.” This is the third consecutive year that Tilleke & Gibbins has been awarded a Tier 1 ranking in this category.
