Chaiwat Keratisuthisathorn Joins Webinar to Discuss D&O Liability during COVID-19

On May 21, Chaiwat Keratisuthisathorn, counsel in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group, will join a webinar entitled “Liabilities and Risks for Leaders When Dealing with a Pandemic Crisis.” The highly-anticipated webinar, hosted jointly by Tilleke & Gibbins and Marsh, is designed to assist leaders of Thai companies who may be inadvertently exposed to additional risks and liabilities while navigating the complex challenges presented by COVID-19.

During the presentation, Chaiwat will provide an overview of directors and officers liability (D&O Liability) from a Thai law perspective, discuss how COVID-19 impacts the duties and responsibilities of these leaders, and provide practical tips and mitigation measures for directors and officers to consider during the current situation. Following Chaiwat’s presentation, a representative from AIG will present on D&O liability from the perspective of an insurer, and discuss key considerations during COVID-19. Immediately after, the two speakers will be available for a Q&A session, moderated by Marsh.
