Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh Speaks at Marsh and AIG Seminar on Digital Disruption

On October 17, 2019, Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh, partner and deputy director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department, was welcomed as a keynote speaker at a well-attended event in Bangkok co-organized by two world-leading insurance companies—Marsh and AIG.

The one-day seminar, entitled “Navigating through the Digital Disruption,” was initiated to facilitate the dissemination of deep insights on three areas of digital disruption—regulatory compliance, talent management, and business transformation. As head of the firm’s insurance group and co-head of the firm’s technology group, Athistha was responsible for covering the regulatory and compliance aspects of the digital era, giving attendees practical advice on how to keep up with the quickly evolving legal landscape in Thailand and around the region.

In recognition of Tilleke & Gibbins’ pro bono practice, our firm has been nominated as “2019 Domestic Law Firm of the Year” at this year’s TrustLaw Awards. Our nomination in this category is based on our commitment to supporting pro bono projects through the TrustLaw Foundation over the past year, and is particularly distinctive as Tilleke & Gibbins is one of just three firms in the world, and the only firm in the Asia-Pacific region, under consideration for this award.
