Asian-Mena Counsel: Tilleke & Gibbins Receives Firm of the Year Awards in Thailand and Vietnam

Pacific Business Press

Asian-Mena Counsel  magazine has named Tilleke & Gibbins as Thailand Firm of the Year in Intellectual Property and Vietnam Firm of the Year in Life Sciences in its “In-House Community Firms of the Year” awards for 2015, which forms part of its ninth annual “Representing Corporate Asia and Middle-East Survey.”

In Thailand, Tilleke & Gibbins also received honorable mentions in the “Anti-trust/Competition,” “Employment,” “Litigation and Dispute Resolution,” and “Taxation” categories. In Vietnam, our firm received an honorable mention in the “Intellectual Property” category.

The results were determined through a survey completed by in-house counsel across 12 jurisdictions in Asia and the Middle East. Participants were asked to comment on the quality and value of service they received from external counsel in their jurisdiction, and, where applicable, in other jurisdictions. They were also asked to cite which firms they “prefer to use,” and why, for various activities. Firms offering service of meritable quality and that have been responsive to their clients’ needs beyond the norm were recognized.

Asian-Mena Counsel, published by Pacific Business Press, is a Hong Kong-based legal publication whose target audience is in-house counsel in Asia and the Middle East. For more information on the awards or the publication’s services, please visit the Pacific Business Press website.
