Asialaw Leading Lawyers 2016: Twelve Tilleke & Gibbins Attorneys Recognized

In this year’s edition of Asialaw Leading Lawyers, a guide to the Asia-Pacific’s leading practitioners, 12 lawyers at Tilleke & Gibbins were recognized for their outstanding capabilities. The results were determined through an extensive annual survey of senior corporate executives, in-house counsel, and private-practice lawyers.

On November 19, 2020, Tiziana Sucharitkul, co-managing partner at Tilleke & Gibbins and director of the firm’s regional disputes resolution practice, will join a panel of managing partners from leading law firms around the world for a special roundtable seminar at the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference. Originally due to be held in Miami, the 2020 conference has moved online this year under the theme “Virtually Together,” in light of the ongoing global health crisis.

On September 10, 2020, three Tilleke & Gibbins lawyers will speak at In-House Community eCongress Vietnam, a conference exclusively targeting in-house counsel, company directors, and compliance professionals of companies doing business in Vietnam. This year’s event, which will be held entirely online in separate sessions on September 8 and September 10, is the latest installation of the popular In-House Congress series organized by In-House Community, a unit of Pacific Business Press.

In a research project to celebrate Pride Month 2020, World Trademark Review  (WTR) recently set out to explore the landscape of diversity and inclusion initiatives in law firms across Asia, culminating in an article in the magazine’s July edition. In discussing the activity of firms that are proactively pushing forward diversity and inclusion in Asia, WTR  specifically highlighted Tilleke & Gibbins’ unique approach across the firm’s offices in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.
