Tilleke & Gibbins has been nominated for the following three awards in the Asialaw Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Awards 2016:

  2. National Law Firm of the Year – Thailand
  3. Disputes Star of the Year – Thailand – Tiziana Sucharitkul

The awards celebrate the leaders in litigation and dispute resolution across 14 jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific. The symposium will focus on topics including global D&O claims, avoiding pitfalls of cyber “insecurity,” and advice on regulatory notifications to post-loss mitigation and resolution. Aaron’s panel will discuss the topic “The Arrival of Class Action Law in Thailand,” which will include discussions of the U.S. class action system and preparing for the class action law.
