Chusert Supasitthumrong, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution and litigation group, will speak on the topic “Labor Dispute Resolutions: Discover How to Resolve Disputes Effectively and Legally” at the HR Law Summit 2016, a two-day conference focused on labor and employment law. Chusert will serve as the keynote speaker, and his presentation will cover the following subjects:

Aaron Le Marquer, partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group and head of the firm’s contentious insurance practice, will participate in a panel discussion at the 2016 PLUS Hong Kong Symposium. The symposium will focus on topics including global D&O claims, avoiding pitfalls of cyber “insecurity,” and advice on regulatory notifications to post-loss mitigation and resolution. Aaron’s panel will discuss the topic “The Arrival of Class Action Law in Thailand,” which will include discussions of the U.S. class action system and preparing for the class action law.

In this year’s edition of Asialaw Leading Lawyers, a guide to the Asia-Pacific’s leading practitioners, 12 lawyers at Tilleke & Gibbins were recognized for their outstanding capabilities. John Frangos, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, will moderate a panel discussion on “Developing International Arbitration in Thailand: Lessons from the United Kingdom and Singapore,” at a seminar hosted by the Thailand Arbitration Center. The panel discussion will cover arbitration in the United Kingdom and Singapore, and how various aspects of both systems could help develop arbitration in Thailand.
