Tilleke & Gibbins has been nominated as Thailand Law Firm of the Year in the Chambers Asia-Pacific Awards 2018. The firm has earned nominations for the award seven times since 2010, and was honored to win the Thailand Law Firm of the Year Award 2014.

The debut edition of Who’s Who Legal Data  has recognized two members of Tilleke & Gibbins’ technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) practice as experts in the telecommunications and media sector. The recognized individuals are:Jeffrey BlattDavid DuncanJeffrey and David were among only four legal practitioners in Thailand to be listed in Who’s Who Legal Data  based on their extensive transactional and regulatory expertise in telecommunications and media.

Regional Southeast Asian law firm Tilleke & Gibbins is pleased to announce the promotion of four new members of the firm’s partnership in Thailand and Vietnam, effective January 2018.The new partners include Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh, who leads the Tilleke & Gibbins non-contentious regional insurance practice in Bangkok; Kien Trung Trinh and Vinh Quoc Nguyen from the firm’s corporate and commercial group in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, respectively; and Loc Xuan Le from the firm’s intellectual property group in Hanoi.

Chemlinked has credited Tilleke & Gibbins as the lead contributor in its guide to food regulations in Vietnam. The guide forms part of Chemlinked’s Foodpedia  tool, which provides a comprehensive guide to food regulations in several Asian jurisdictions.The guide, to which Tilleke & Gibbins contributed extensively, covers a number of topics including a general overview of the food industry in Vietnam, the national food management authorities, food regulations and standards in Vietnam, import controls on foodstuffs, and compliance and tariffs for imports.
