Ideal Forum, a business conference and event organizer in Thailand, will be hosting a conference on “Negotiating, Drafting, and Managing Risks on Commercial Contracts” on April 18-19, 2013. During the event, Tilleke & Gibbins attorney Areeya Pornwiriyangkura has been invited to give a talk on “Navigating Technology Licensing Agreements.” Areeya’s presentation will take place at 4:30 p.m. on April 18 at the Pullman Hotel Bangkok G, Silom.

Intended for in-house legal personnel, contract managers, procurement professionals, and private practitioners, the conference will look at current trends and best practices for managing contracts in order to maximize agreement effectiveness and minimize the risk of litigation.
