Corporate internal fraud represents a serious risk to companies seeking to do business worldwide, with potential impacts and liabilities surrounding not only the losses created by fraudulent acts, but also the ensuing investigations and legal actions. To offer businesses insights into how to effectively tackle internal fraud, Tilleke & Gibbins will present on the topic of “Corporate Internal Fraud” at the Asian Legal Business Thailand In-House Legal Summit 2018 in Bangkok.
