ALB Thailand In-House Legal Summit 2018: Tilleke & Gibbins to Present on Internal Fraud

Corporate internal fraud represents a serious risk to companies seeking to do business worldwide, with potential impacts and liabilities surrounding not only the losses created by fraudulent acts, but also the ensuing investigations and legal actions. To offer businesses insights into how to effectively tackle internal fraud, Tilleke & Gibbins will present on the topic of “Corporate Internal Fraud” at the Asian Legal Business Thailand In-House Legal Summit 2018 in Bangkok.

Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh, partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial group, and Alongkorn Tongmee, attorney-at-law in the firm’s dispute resolution group, will be presenting on fraud identification, investigation planning, important considerations for employers, civil and criminal actions that can be taken, and effective fraud prevention measures in Thailand.

The Thailand In-House Legal Summit 2018 will be opened by Boonyarit Kalayanamit, Secretary General of the Office of Trade Competition Commission, and will feature a full day of panel discussions, presentations, and networking sessions, with attendance expected from over 90 in-house counsel and other high-level stakeholders from leading companies across Southeast Asia.
