Tilleke & Gibbins is thrilled to announce that the firm was honored with the Regional IP Firm of the Year award at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) SE Asia Law Awards 2019, which were held at the Grand Hyatt Singapore on April 11, 2019. This award recognizes the firm as the top intellectual property practice across Southeast Asia. Tilleke & Gibbins and its attorneys were also shortlisted in six other categories, including regional nominations for its aviation and employment practices, national nominations as the top law firm in Thailand and Vietnam, and individual recognitions for Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh and Nandana Indananda.

Alan Adcock and Somboon Earterasarun, partners in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property (IP) department in Bangkok, are named in the 2023 edition of IAM Strategy 300. Alan, who also leads the firm’s regional life sciences practice, has now been recognized in the annual IAM Strategy 300 list for 13 years, while this is Somboon’s first year on the list. Published by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM), a platform that focuses specifically on IP as a business asset, IAM Strategy 300 aims to identify individuals around the world who lead the way in developing and implementing strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios. Prospective honorees are identified through confidential nominations, and then the finalists are selected through an in-depth research process research process that involves interviews with senior members of the global IP community.
