Alan Adcock to Present on Commercial Contracting at PP&F Conference

Alan Adcock, partner and deputy director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property and regulatory affairs group, will make a presentation at “Negotiating, Drafting, and Managing Commercial Contracts 2016,” a conference hosted by Planet Pacific and Forum. The conference will focus on the key commercial and legal issues surrounding trade agreements, and it will provide training on negotiation and drafting. Alan will discuss managing legal risks in commercial contracting, and in particular, he will cover the following main topics:

  • Anticipating and managing contractual risks
  • Analysis of the legal risks associated with commercial contracts
  • Protecting yourself effectively from risk

The conference will take place over two days, from January 21 to 22, at the Grande Centre Point Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. Alan will speak on the second day of the conference, from 9 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. If you would like to learn more about this event, please visit the PP&F website.
