Alan Adcock Interviewed by Asia Manufacturing News

Asia Manufacturing News

In a feature called “Representing the Drivers of Economic Growth,” Asia Manufacturing News interviewed Alan Adcock, partner and deputy director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property and regulatory affairs groups, about a range of topics including the firm’s ASEAN reach, the growing nutraceuticals industry, and tax incentives in Southeast Asia.

Asked about the challenges of keeping up with food regulations, Alan shared, “Non-English language regulations require constant monitoring and vetting for importance to clients. We offer regular FDA Watch services to a number of global food, pharmaceutical and animal health companies. Our regular involvement in local domestic industry associations also gives us opportunity to participate in regulatory drafting, consultation and bringing client perspectives and international best practice to the attention of the regulators.”

Asia Manufacturing News  is a monthly business magazine focusing on the latest developments in Asian markets and manufacturing economies. The full interview with Alan can be found in the September/October 2017 issue, starting on page 7.
