Aaron Le Marquer, Consultant, and Michael Turnbull, Of Counsel, in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Dispute Resolution and Litigation group, will participate as a panelist and a moderator, respectively, in a discussion of “Dispute Resolution in Asia Pacific” at the 2014 Lex Mundi Insurance/Reinsurance Cross-Border Legal Summit. The panel will discuss the varying approaches to dispute resolution taken by Asia-Pacific countries, and will focus on the differing practical, procedural, and cultural perspectives.
