Nandana Indananda to Speak at Seminar on Trade Secrets

Nandana Indananda, a partner in the Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property group, will be speaking at an upcoming seminar, “Thailand 4.0: Value Creation for Business using Trade Secrets.” Hosted by the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the American Chamber of Commerce Thailand (AMCHAM) Legal Committee, the event will be joined by representatives from the public sector and leading law firms and companies in the country.

The seminar will cover the emerging Thailand 4.0 economic model, implications for U.S. businesses and innovations, leveraging trade secrets to generate value for businesses, as well as the legal aspects of trade secrets in Thailand, the United States, and the region.

The following panel topics, each followed by a Q&A session, will be discussed at the event:

  • Trade Secrets and Their Use for Business
  • Remedies and Enforcement of Trade Secrets
