Ninpim Nawavatcharin is an attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group in Bangkok. Her practice covers both contentious and non-contentious matters, ranging from conducting infringement analysis and enforcement against counterfeit goods and lookalikes, to handling trademark proceedings before the Board of Trademarks and the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, to providing trademark counseling to domestic and international companies across a range of industries.
Ninpim graduated with a law degree, with second-class honors, from Thammasat University. In addition to Thai and English, she has excellent command of German, having completed a short course scholarship program at Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany, and served as Thai representative at the International German Olympiad (IDO – Internationale Deutscholympiade) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
She is a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
