Key Responsibilities
- Update data, files, and other related information on trademarks and patents.
- Prepare trademark and patent applications and other relevant documents.
- Prepare reports of trademark and patent specifications and applications for clients.
- Follow up with Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights on trademark and patent applications.
- Prepare translation of patent forms, official receipts, certificates, office actions, and publications.
- Arrange for legalization of Power of Attorney.
- Operate document filing systems.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
Specification
Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in document filing systems and/or handling legal and/or administrative matters preferred.
- Familiarity with TRADOS system is an advantage.

- Technological Proficiency – be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) and be willing to learn new computer programs.
- Other relevant qualities – detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, can-do attitude.
