Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documents related to trademark and patent specifications and applications for clients.
- Translate basic information (English – Lao) on trademark registration documents.
- Scrutinize official documents in Lao intended for submission to government offices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with government officials to ensure seamless communication and compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate secure transmission of original documents to clients and maintain meticulous record of all document transactions.
- Operate and maintain document filing systems.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Specification
Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in document filing systems and/or office administration preferred.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of Intellectual Property in Laos preferred.

- Communication skills – have good written and spoken skills in both Lao and English.
- Organizational skills – be able to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
- Service mindset – demonstrate commitment in achieving positive matter outcomes.

- Technological Proficiency – be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word) and be willing to learn new computer programs.
