Titikaan Ungbhakorn is an attorney-at-law and a patent agent in the firm’s intellectual property group. She handles local patent, design patent, and petty patent prosecutions for numerous clients from around the globe. Her work includes advising clients on Thai patent law and related IP rights as well as conducting local patent searches. She also reviews and drafts patent and petty patent specifications in the Thai language, primarily in the field of construction products.

Clients benefit from Titikaan’s broad-based experience and extensive training in IP law. Titikaan began her career at the firm in the trademark group, where she was responsible for preparing appeal petitions, oppositions, and counterstatements. Prior to joining the firm, Titikaan earned a Master of Laws in intellectual property law from the University of Queensland. She has also attended several courses on patent drafting and registration, including the South East Asia Drafting Course.

Titikaan is a notary public and is a member of the Thai Bar Association as well as the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

Drafted petty patent specifications in the Thai language for roof tiles and the process to manufacture same.
Conducted monthly local patent searches in the fields of diapers and feminine products for a multinational corporation.
Reviewed and revised patent specifications drafted by inventors to ensure that such specifications are suitable for filing in Thailand.
