Hiranrat Chakartnarodom is an attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group. She specializes in trademark registration, pre-filing trademark searches, enforcement, and other matters concerning local trademark registration. Hiranrat also advises Thai and international clients on IP enforcement and regularly negotiates, drafts, and reviews IP commercial contracts.

In addition to her expertise in IP, Hiranrat practices in the area of international trade law, including the World Trade Organization’s regulations on food safety and animal and plant health measures.

Hiranrat is a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She has completed the Barrister-at-Law requirements of the Institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association.

Worked closely with leading multinational companies to implement effective strategies for trademark portfolio management.
Filed trademark applications and collaborated with officials at Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property to ensure smooth registration processes for brand owners in a wide range of industries.
Represented clients in maintaining and defending their trademark portfolios through recordal of changes/assignments, oppositions, cancellations, renewals, registration of trademark and service mark license agreements, watch services, and other related actions.
Secured the registration of a famous mark for clothing products through an appeal to the Board of Trademarks.
