Tilleke & Gibbins Named ALB Employer of Choice 2019

Asian Legal Business

Tilleke & Gibbins has been named an “Employer of Choice” in Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam in this year’s rankings from Asian Legal Business (ALB).

The Employer of Choice rankings are a list of the best law firms to work for across the Asia Pacific region. The results are determined through an anonymous online survey of thousands of law firm employees, ranging from managing partners to support staff, covering such issues as job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career growth, mentoring, and more. One anonymous Tilleke & Gibbins respondent is quoted as characterizing life in the firm as “good salary, good boss and the ability to do a job that I love.”

This marks the seventh consecutive year that Tilleke & Gibbins has earned this designation in Thailand, while it is the fifth time the Vietnam office has garnered the recognition. This is the first year Tilleke & Gibbins’ Indonesia practice has been included in the list—a development confirming Tilleke & Gibbins’ commitment to being Southeast Asia’s leading law firm by building the strongest legal team in the region. ALB  does not name Employers of Choice in Cambodia, Laos, or Myanmar, the other jurisdictions in which Tilleke & Gibbins operates.

Asian Legal Business, owned by Thomson Reuters, is a world-leading source of information for businesses and professionals. To learn more about the Employer of Choice survey, please visit the ALB website.
