This event will provide in-house counsel, compliance officers, and senior executives in Thailand with an advance grounding in the essentials of this important new legislation. Lawyers from Tilleke & Gibbins, will provide an overview of the law, the practical implications for all businesses, and the key considerations for employers, followed by Q&A sessions that will provide you with the opportunity for interactive and insightful discussions. Speakers will include Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh, partner and deputy director of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice; Nandana Indananda, a partner in the firm’s intellectual property department and former judge of the Intellectual Property and International Trade Court; and Chusert Supasitthumrong, a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution group and head of the firm’s contentious employment practice.
